Portishead is a modern coastal town on the Seven Estuary, just 20 minutes drive from Bristol. It is one of the UK’s fastest growing towns, has low unemployment, a picturesque marina, some great bars, restaurants and cafes and has easy access to the M5 if you want to get away to the beach for the weekend.
Division Manager – Omnia People
Now up and running for over a year, Omnia People has a tight team of enthusiastic and able consultants. It has a steadily increasing bank of contract runners, is building a good name in the market place and has a solid platform for success in 2018 and beyond.
In order to drive that growth, we are now looking for an experienced “hands on” recruitment consultant/manager to join the team and lead them from the front in that journey. With the backing of the highly successful group structure, this is a serious prospect for anyone with a proven track record to take ownership within one of our new ventures.
As always we are keen to grow the business organically and will look favourably on internal applications. However in order to ensure the widest and strongest pool of enthusiastic, experienced and capable people, we will also be considering external applications.
The successful applicant could realistically expect:
- Basic salary of £25k – £80k dependent on experience
- Personal commission structure (uncapped)
- Package to include gym membership, private medical care, mobile phone, pension
- Scope to fast track to Director level and equity/profit share
