We have a centralised in-house support services function ‘BOSS’ to ensure the highest, most robust standards of service are consistently delivered and achieved. It operates independently from the sales function and has been established to absorb the administrative side of the business, enabling the recruitment teams to focus on the delivery of high quality recruitment services.
