The opportunity

We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Truro team. This is a fast paced sales role where you’ll build your own desk in the education and training market, with full training from some of the top billers in the industry. You don’t need recruitment experience, we hire for attitude, work ethic and potential.

From day one, you’ll be:

  • Building relationships with key decision makers in schools, colleges and training providers

  • Winning new business and agreeing terms

  • Sourcing, qualifying and advising candidates

  • Organising interviews, negotiating offers and closing deals

What we’re looking for

We welcome people from a range of backgrounds. Our top performers include graduates and people from the forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and sport. You’ll need:

  • A 2:1+ degree in any subject OR 2+ years’ commercial experience

  • Strong work ethic and resilience

  • Hunger to earn money and be successful

  • Competitive mindset and natural rapport building skills

  • Desire to grow a long term career in recruitment

What you’ll get

  • Starting salary of £26,500

  • Up to 20% uncapped commission to reward your hard work

  • Realistic OTE:

    Year 1: £30k–£35k

    Year 2: £40k–£60k

    Year 3: £75k+
