What does a 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant do?

Specialising in the Education & Training sector, day to day, you will be trained to:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

  • Win new business and negotiate business terms

  • Advise and build relationships with candidates

  • Identify new opportunities within the market

  • Organise interviews

  • Negotiate salaries and rates

  • Close deals and earn commission!

This is a fast paced, varied role. So, what are we looking for?

We hire on attributes as opposed to experience. So don’t worry if you have no previous recruitment experience.

Across our current top billers, we have graduates fresh from university alongside individuals who have spent years in a range of careers including the Forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and even professional sport.

If you can show:

  • 2:1+ in any subject OR 2+ years commercial experience in any setting

  • A strong work ethic

  • A hunger to earn money & be successful

  • A competitive personality

  • An ability to build rapport

  • Desire to grow in a long-term career

Starting basic of £26,500 - which includes £2k guaranteed commission from day one, whilst you build your commission pipeline.
