SmithCorp Named in Recruiter's FAST 50 for Second Year Running

SmithCorp has once again been included in Recruiter's FAST 50, the annual ranking of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment companies. This is the second consecutive year we have featured on the list, thanks to another year of double-digit growth.

Published by Recruiter magazine, the FAST 50 celebrates recruitment firms that have achieved sustained revenue growth. SmithCorp appears at number 23 in the overall 2026 list, alongside businesses from across the education, technology, healthcare and industrial sectors. Within the list, SmithCorp is the fifth highest-ranked education recruitment provider.

 The achievement comes in a challenging period for the industry. As the FAST 50 commentary notes:

"This performance is particularly impressive set against a volatile backdrop, with subdued hiring activity in certain markets, rising employment costs and economic uncertainty impacting client confidence and placing greater pressure on recruiters to secure growth. This year's list shows that tangible growth opportunities still exist for well-prepared and resilient market leaders."
